The Premium Concierge was founded by Sarosh Farid and Ahmad Virk — two people who spent years inside the room, not outside it. As direct executive assistants and private operations managers for Tai Lopez and the Retail Ecommerce Ventures LLC organization, the founders saw firsthand what great support looks like, and how rare it actually is.
Most EA and VA services are built by people who have never done the work themselves. They recruit generalists, assign them to clients, and hope it works out. When it does not, they replace the person and call it a process.
We built this company differently. Every system we use, from recruiting to onboarding to quality management, was designed by people who have personally handled the kind of work our team delivers every day. That is not a marketing line. It is the operating principle behind every engagement.
The standard is not "good enough." The standard is: would I trust this person to manage my own calendar, my own inbox, my own client relationships? If the answer is not yes, they do not join our team.
