Fractional solves that. You get an experienced executive assistant working across a small number of clients — the same person every week, learning your preferences, not a rotating pool. What you do not get is a forty-hour salary for work that currently takes fifteen.
The honest limitation: a fractional assistant is not sitting waiting for your message at 4pm on a Friday. Response time is under four hours during business days rather than under two. If that gap matters to you, the dedicated plan is the right answer and we will tell you so on the call.

What is a fractional executive assistant?
A fractional executive assistant works across a small number of clients rather than exclusively for one. You get the seniority and judgement of an experienced EA without paying for forty hours you do not yet need. Ours costs $1,500 per month.
How many hours do I get?
We scope hours to the work rather than selling a block you have to fill. Essential covers Monday to Friday, business hours, with a response time under 4 hours. If you consistently need more than that, the dedicated Executive plan (full-time, 40 hrs/week) is better value than buying extra hours.
How is this different from a virtual assistant?
Seniority and initiative. A virtual assistant executes tasks you define. A fractional EA anticipates — they will flag the calendar conflict before it happens and prepare you for Thursday without being asked. If you mainly need defined tasks done reliably and cheaply, a placement is usually the better answer.
When should I move to a dedicated assistant?
When you find yourself queuing work because your assistant is not available, or when you need a response in under 2 hours rather than under 4. You can upgrade with 30 days notice. The dedicated plan is $4,000 per month.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Your first month on any managed plan is a trial. You pay after the month is complete. If we do not save you meaningful time or you are not satisfied with the quality of support, you owe nothing.
