How long does it take to get started?
A fifteen-minute fit call, then a chemistry call where you meet your potential assistant and both sides confirm. Once confirmed we build a custom onboarding playbook and your assistant is operational within 48 hours.
What if the assistant is not a good fit?
The trial month exists for exactly this. Your first month is a trial and you pay after it is complete. If we do not save you meaningful time or you are not satisfied with the quality of support, you owe nothing. No invoice. No awkward conversations.
Can I hire the assistant directly later?
Yes. The buyout fee is 15–25% of your annual plan cost. At $4,000/month, that is $7,200 to $12,000. Comparable services charge $20,000–$24,000 for the same arrangement.
