Talent placement

Hire vetted remote staff — find the right person, we handle the search

We source, vet, and shortlist remote professionals matched to your specific role. You interview your top picks, hire directly, and pay a one-time fee. No monthly retainer. No middleman.

With Talent Placement, you hire the professional directly — they join your team, on your payroll. You pay their salary directly. We handle the entire recruiting process: sourcing, vetting, skills testing, culture-fit screening, and presenting you with qualified candidates.

The problem placement solves is not access to candidates — job boards give you hundreds. It is that screening properly takes time you do not have, and the cost of getting it wrong is months of salary plus the disruption of starting again.

Placement fee: from 20%+ of the candidate's first-year compensation. The exact percentage depends on role complexity, seniority, and specialization required. No monthly fees. No ongoing costs. Once placed, the professional is fully yours.

The process

Two to three weeks, most of it invisible to you

  1. 01

    Role scoping

What the role actually needs to do, what good looks like, what you can pay. One call.

  2. 02

    Sourcing and screening

We go to market and pre-screen. You see nobody yet.

  3. 03

    Testing and interviews

Skills tested on real work. Structured interviews. Reference checks.

  4. 04

    Shortlist and chemistry

Two to four candidates. You interview. Both sides confirm the fit.

  5. 05

    Onboarding support

    Onboarding guidance and 90-day check-ins.

6-month replacement guarantee. If the hire does not work out, we re-source at no cost.

Roles we place

Executive assistants, virtual assistants, ops managers, bookkeepers, and more

Each role has its own screening — a bookkeeper is tested in QuickBooks or Xero, a marketing hire on portfolio and platform proficiency.

Questions

Common questions

How does the placement fee work?

A one-time fee starting at 20% of the hire's first-year compensation, depending on role complexity and seniority. There is no monthly fee and no retainer. Once placed, the person is your employee or contractor and you pay them directly.

What is the difference between placement and managed support?

Placement is a hire — we recruit, you employ, and you manage them from day one. Managed support is a service — we recruit, employ, train and manage, and you delegate work. Placement is cheaper over time and gives you full control. Managed support removes the management overhead entirely.

How long does placement take?

Two to three weeks from a scoping call to a shortlist of two to four pre-qualified candidates. That includes sourcing, skills testing, structured interviews, reference checks and a culture-fit screen.

What if the hire does not work out?

6-month replacement guarantee: if the hire does not work out within the first 6 months, we re-source at no additional cost.

Do you handle payroll for placed staff?

No — that is what makes it a placement rather than a managed engagement. They join your team, on your payroll. You pay their salary directly. If you would rather not handle that, managed support is the better fit.

Who are the candidates?

Skilled, English-fluent professionals experienced in working with US and European businesses. The cost difference against a US hire is about geography, not quality.

Can I start with placement and upgrade to managed later?

Yes. Many clients do.
