Privacy Policy
Effective 4 September 2026
Who we are
The Premium Concierge is registered at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Free Zone, UAE. We provide managed executive support, talent placement, operational automation and private client concierge services to clients principally in the United States and Europe. For the purposes of data protection law, The Premium Concierge is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact hello@thepremiumconcierge.com.
What we collect
When you book a call. Scheduling runs through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, any answers you give to the booking questions, and the time zone your browser reports. That data reaches us and is also held by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
When you complete a form. Our enquiry and landing-page forms run on a hosted GoHighLevel instance at go.thepremiumconcierge.com. Those forms typically collect name, email address, phone number and whatever details you choose to include.
When you contact us directly. By email or WhatsApp, we hold whatever you send us and our replies. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp under their own terms.
When you become a client. Delivering the service requires access to information you grant us — which may include calendars, email, travel details, vendor contacts and, for private client engagements, personal and household details. The scope is agreed with you before any access is granted.
What we do with it
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation
- Deliver the services you have engaged us for
- Match you with an assistant and support that relationship
- Send service communications relating to a live engagement
- Meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations
We do not sell personal data. We do not share client information with other clients. We do not use client data to train machine-learning models.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of third-party services to operate. Each holds data only as needed to provide their function:
- Calendly — scheduling
- GoHighLevel — enquiry forms and CRM
- Hostinger — website hosting and business email
- WhatsApp (Meta) — messaging, where you choose to use it
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — internal operations
Where an engagement requires it, your assistant will also use tools you provide access to. Those remain under your control and your own agreements.
Confidentiality
Every professional working with us signs a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement before accessing any client information. Access is limited to the systems a specific role requires. We do not discuss clients, reference engagements, or use client names in marketing without explicit written permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete enquiry data at any time.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data because it is necessary to respond to an enquiry you have made and to perform a contract with you (or to take steps at your request before entering one); because we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving our services and protecting our business, where that interest is not overridden by your rights; and because we are required to by law, including accounting and tax obligations. We do not rely on consent for any processing other than marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@thepremiumconcierge.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, these rights arise under the GDPR and UK GDPR. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
If you are in the UAE, these rights arise under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. This site is directed at businesses and adults.
International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates and work with professionals in several countries. Delivering the service therefore involves transferring personal data across borders, including to countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to your own. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards: written contracts (including standard contractual clauses where required) with every professional and service provider who handles client data, access limited to what a specific role requires, and encrypted channels for client communication.
Security
We limit access to personal data to the people who need it for a specific engagement, require a signed non-disclosure agreement before any access is granted, remove access when an engagement ends, and use encrypted channels for client communication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will inform you without undue delay and, where required, the relevant authority.
Analytics and cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors across sites. If that changes, this section will be updated before any tracking is introduced, and a cookie notice will be added where consent is required.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and will note the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
