Join our network of exceptional operators

We are always looking for experienced executive assistants, virtual assistants, operations professionals, and support specialists who take pride in their work.

The Premium Concierge is not a staffing agency. We are a managed support company that recruits, trains, and manages professionals who work directly with founders, executives, and private clients. Our team members are not freelancers waiting for tasks. They are embedded operators who take ownership of outcomes.

If you are the kind of person who anticipates needs before they are expressed, who follows through without being reminded, and who takes genuine satisfaction in making someone else's day run smoothly, we want to hear from you.

What we look for

  • 2+ years of experience in executive support, virtual assistance, or operations
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive mindset — you do not wait for instructions
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Experience with common business tools (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Willingness to work US or European business hours

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation (above market rates for your region)
  • Stable, long-term client engagements
  • Professional development and training
  • A management team that supports you, not just monitors you
  • Clear expectations and structured feedback
  • The opportunity to work with interesting, high-caliber clients

Questions

Common questions

Are these remote positions?

Yes, all of them. We hire globally and match on time-zone overlap with the client rather than location.

What do you pay?

Above market rates for your region. Well-compensated people deliver better work, stay longer, and invest in the client relationship.

What hours would I work?

Most roles are US business hours; some are European. The hours are stated in the brief before you interview.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application personally. If there is a fit, you will hear from us about a skills assessment, then a structured interview, then a chemistry call with the client. Both sides confirm before anything starts.
