What we look for
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, virtual assistance, or operations
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proactive mindset — you do not wait for instructions
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Experience with common business tools (Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Willingness to work US or European business hours

Yes, all of them. We hire globally and match on time-zone overlap with the client rather than location.
What do you pay?
Above market rates for your region. Well-compensated people deliver better work, stay longer, and invest in the client relationship.
What hours would I work?
Most roles are US business hours; some are European. The hours are stated in the brief before you interview.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application personally. If there is a fit, you will hear from us about a skills assessment, then a structured interview, then a chemistry call with the client. Both sides confirm before anything starts.
