Buyout
Want to hire your EA directly?
If you are on a managed plan and want to transition your assigned EA to a direct hire, you can. The buyout fee is 15–25% of your annual plan cost. At $4,000/month, that is $7,200 to $12,000. For context, comparable services charge $20,000–$24,000 for the same arrangement.

How does the trial month work?
No upfront payment. At the end of Month 1, if satisfied, we invoice for Month 1 and continue. If not, you owe nothing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
3 months after the trial month. Then month-to-month with 30 days notice.

What does the management fee cover?
